Great news! We write this email to inform you that the roof assembly for this project has now been completed. In accordance with the TARION Statement of Critical Dates and Addendum, the Vendor hereby sets the Final Tentative Occupancy Date for your unit as:
September 8th, 2026

Moreover we will endeavour to gather additional information in order to provide the Firm Occupancy Date for your Unit soon, although no rush as we still have quite a bit of time until then. Further construction updates will be sent to you via e-mail which will provide photos and details on our progress.

And as a reminder all of the terms and conditions of your Agreement of Purchase and Sale between you and the Vendor with respect to the Unit, remain the same, fully binding and enforceable, and time continues to be of the essence.
