TEK Tower reaches 80% sold of all dwelling units

TEK Tower breaks ground and begins excavation. All necessary agreements, including permits and neighbour agreements are in place
February 2023
The big pour! TEK Tower pours the footings for the foundation

Site Plan Agreement completed with city of Kitchener
Full Building Permit issued from the city of Kitchener
Construction reaches Level 1
November 2023
Construction financing for the project is obtained and in place
January 2024
The podium floors (1-5) of the building are completed
May 2024
Tower reaches level 13. Exterior cladding panels begin installation.
December 2024
Tower reach level 32 with windows being installed up to floor 21
March 2025
Tower reaches level 43. Exterior windows have reached level 36. Electrical and plumbing rough-ins on level 27.
In accordance with the disclosure statement where we previously informed you that a certificate of property use was in progress, attached is a copy of the same which was completed on July 12, 2022. Ministry of the Environment requires us to share this with all purchasers.
